Accommodation and meals will be available for all participants at the University of Manchester's attractive conference facilities at Hulme Hall, which is close to the centre of Manchester and convenient for taxi, bus or rail links to Manchester Airport. Alternative hotel accommodation in Manchester may be available, but participants choosing this option will be responsible for organising their own travel to and from the conference. Accommodation at Hulme Hall will be available to participants for any or all of the nights of 2, 3, 4 and/or 5 September. Participants are invited to indicate their requirements on the registration form, overleaf. The cost of en suite single accommodation at Hulme Hall will be £55.00 Sterling (about $92.00 USD) for each night, to include dinner, breakfast and lunch.
The fee will cover attendance at the academic programme, a conference
folder,
coffee, tea or refreshment breaks each day and invitations to any sponsored
receptions, but not the cost of any meals, accommodation or travel to and
from
the conference.
All registration fees should be paid in Sterling (GBP) by cheque or
order
made payable to "The Robert Graves Society." All bank charges must be
paid by
participants, who should please ensure that the Society receives the net
amount
due in Sterling and does not incur any currency exchange or transfer
charges.
